Our Bedouin Tent, located beside the lake is the ideal spot to host your festive celebrations, whether you’re looking for a team Christmas party, a gathering with friends or any other special occasion. Our Tent will be transformed into a Nordic winter wonderland with twinkly lights and be super festive and cosy. Our beautiful heated Bedouin Tent is your perfect venue.
You’ll enjoy a fun-filled evening with delicious Caribbean street food and live music from Julie Sings, singing a mixed bag of songs from the 60’s onwards and your favourite Christmas hits.
Tickets are £35 per person. Tickets include a bread and olives appetizer per table on arrival and a main course per person. The table will be yours for the whole evening, so you can eat, drink and dance the night away!
Timings and Dining:
Doors open for drinks from 6pm onwards, with the live music commencing around 8.15pm.
On arrival guests will be given a menu along with ordering instructions. There will be 2 mains to choose please see menu below. We can cater for vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free guests – please advise of any special dietary requirements on the booking form. The food is all freshly prepared and cooked on site, so potentially subject to a short wait.
Last orders at the bar at 11pm and carriages at 11.30pm. We strongly recommend pre booking taxis in advance to avoid an excessive wait on the evening.

- Special dietary requirements or allergies – if you or any of your guests have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please provide details of these on the booking form. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the event, to ensure we are able to accommodate your requirements.
- Multiple bookings – if your party consists of multiple bookings and you would all like to be seated together on one table, please provide details of these on the booking form or contact us on 01455 633220 and we would be delighted to assist.
- Please remember that the venue is a tent. It is heated but if the heat drops at any point it can cool down quickly before it heats up again. Dress appropriately, it is easy to remove layers when needed. This ensures you are comfortable at all times and you have a fantastic evening.
- We reserve the right to substitute the singer/musician in circumstances beyond our control, where possible we will endeavour to notify all bookings via email.

Event FAQ’s
Can I bring my own drinks?
Only drinks purchased from the bar can be consumed in the Bedouin Tent and gardens. We have a fully stocked bar service available, serving wine, beer, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks. We kindly ask guests to refrain from using the Bar in the Restaurant, this is for use by Restaurant guests only.
Can children attend this event?
Children are very welcome to attend but must be supervised by an adult at all times, due to the Bedouin Tents close proximity to the lake. Please purchase tickets for all the children attending as part of your party.
Can you accommodate a guest with special dietary requirements and allergies?

Can you accommodate a guest with mobility issues?
Please contact us on 01455 633220 (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm) prior to making your booking and we would be delighted to assist with this matter.
Is there parking onsite?
There is a car park adjacent to the Bedouin Tent, with overflow parking available at the back of the tent. Please park considerately.
Can we leave our car overnight in the car park?
You are welcome to leave your car overnight in the car park. Please notify a member of our team, who will be able to advise the time the barriers will be open for collection of your car the following day. Please note cars are left at the owner’s risk.
Are there toilets in the Bedouin Tent?
The Bedouin Tent has its own toilet block, which is situated along the path on the left hand side of the bar. We kindly ask Bedouin Tent guests to refrain from using the toilets in the Restaurant, these are reserved for Restaurant guests only.
Can I bring my dog?
Only assistance dogs are permitted on site.
Can I use my gift voucher in the Bedouin Tent?
Barnacles gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the Restaurant, we are unable to accept these in the Bedouin Tent.
