We can accommodate up to 14 guests in our private dining room The Cowshed, up to 36 guests on The Deck and up to 8 guests in the main restaurant. Larger tables maybe available mid-week but are subject to availability.

For bookings of 6 people or more please contact us on 01455 633220 between 9.30am-4pm Monday to Friday. A deposit of £10 per head, is required to secure your booking.

Deposits will be refunded via gift voucher if 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is received. For less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation deposits will be forfeited.

If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please provide details of these at the time of booking. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss your special requirements in more detail with a member of our team.

Children are very welcome all week, but must be supervised by an adult at all times. We offer a number of great choices for children, as well as a smaller plate for Sunday lunches.

You’re very welcome to pop in for drinks on the patio or in the main bar. Please note we have limited space within the bar area inside.

You’re very welcome to bring a birthday/celebration cake. Our team will be happy to bring this out to your table.

Alternatively, we are happy to add a ‘happy birthday’ or ‘happy anniversary’ topper to a dessert of your choice from our menu. Please ask a member of the team at the time of dining should you wish to take up this option.

You are very welcome to decorate the table and bring balloons. Please note we do not permit table sprinkles/confetti, as they damage our wooden tables when wet.

Yes we are, although due to the historical nature of the building, access to the toilets from the Deck Area is through the reception and bar (there are two steps up). Our team are always on hand to help if needed. Please note our carpark is gravelled.

Yes, but it does get busy at peak times, so please park considerately. Please note our carpark is gravelled.

You are welcome to leave your car overnight. Please notify a member of our team, who will be able to advise the time the barriers will be open for collection of your car the following day. Please note cars are left at the owner’s risk.

Overnight stays in campervans are not permitted in our car park.

Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the restaurant and Bedouin Tent. Our team will be happy to direct you to the designated smoking/vaping areas outside. Please be considerate of others guests dining on the patio area.

Only assistance dogs are permitted on site.

We accept payment via cash, Barnacle’s gift voucher, debit and credit cards including American Express. All bills must be settled prior to departure.

Gift cards can be purchased online, click here to purchase. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

For electronic gift cards: Please allow 48 hours for activation.
For postable gift cards: Please allow 3-5 days for delivery, a postage fee will apply.

Our Cowshed, Deck Area and upstairs dining areas are all available to hire for private dining, business meetings, celebrations and more.
